To access the Replay Mod Settings from the Main Menu click the 'Replay Viewer' button and click the Settings button. While playing, you can click the 'Mods' button in the Pause screen to reach Replay Mod Settings if you use Minecraft 1.12.2 and below, or have the mod Mod Menu installed. When in a Replay, you can either bind a hotkey to the Replay Mod Settings in Minecraft's Control settings. The truth is, this method REQUIRES the Replay Mod to be installed LAST. I took 5 F.ing hours to find this solution, so I'll share it with you guys, so that you wont have to look for 5 F.ing hours.
Time Keyframes can be used to precisely control time travelling during a Camera Path.
Every Time Keyframe represents a timestamp in the Replay itself.
You can set a Time Keyframe using the 'Add Time Keyframe' button.
A Time Keyframe initially contains the Replay's point in time when creating the Keyframe.
When playing the Camera Path, the Replay's time will interpolate between the set Time Keyframes in the Keyframes' intervals. Two Time Keyframes with the same Timestamp will freeze the Replay time for the duration of their interval.
Hint: By right-clicking a Time Keyframe on the Keyframe Timeline, you can jump to this Keyframe's Timestamp Value.
Note: Travelling backwards in time is not supported during Camera Paths. Do not add a Time Keyframe containing an earlier point in time after another Time Keyframe.
To play your first Camera Path, click the Play Button next to the Keyframe Timeline.
By default, the Camera Path starts from the Cursor Position on the Keyframe Timeline.By clicking while holding the Ctrl key (Cmd key on Mac), you can however start from the beginning regardless of the Cursor Position.
Before I start, I know that there is a separate tread by MrRedstoneWolf(Click his name to check it out), so I am going to just 'copy and paste'
How to install FFMpeg (Only of macintosh users) You might be confused why I placed this first. The truth is, this method REQUIRES the Replay Mod to be installed LAST. I took 5 F***ing hours to find this solution, so I'll share it with you guys, so that you wont have to look for 5 F***ing hours. Here we go: 1. Install homebrew. You can find it here. OR if you are lazy, just copy and paste this code in a command prompt. /usr/bin/ruby -e '$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)' 2. Now you have to install XCode. You can install that from here. 3. Now open up XCode. 4. Open up the 'Xcode Preferences-Pane'. 5. Select the “Downloadsâ€-Tab and click on “Install†next to the “Command Line Tools†entry. 6. After that's done, do brew doctor in a terminal prompt. This checks if your Homebrew installation was successful and installation of Formulas (Packages) will work.7. Now we are ready to install FFMpeg. In the terminal prompt, type brew install ffmpeg --with-fdk-aac --with-ffplay --with-freetype --with-frei0r --with-libass --with-libvo-aacenc --with-libvorbis --with-libvpx --with-opencore-amr --with-openjpeg --with-opus --with-rtmpdump --with-schroedinger --with-speex --with-theora --with-tools 8. Play the waiting game (Not literally, I ment wait for it to finish) After it has been installed, you can now install the other parts required for the installation of the Replay Mod. And I'm going to quote (but I used the 'code' function) from the oringinal post by MrRedstoneWolf: Because some people have problems installing the Replay Mod and the ffmpeg for Mac: So that's the end of MrRedstoneWoof's quote. As he did not specifically mention how to install FFMpeg (he just said If you want to render video's with the replay mod check out the Help page. ), I'll told you my method. If it helped, like this post! Thanks for your post, although it has me wondering how it could take you 5 hours to find out you can use Homebrew to install FFmpeg, when I stated it in the docs exactly here.
